Account Deletion Process

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Delete Your Homate Account

To delete your Homate account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Homate app
  2. Navigate to 'Profile > Delete Account'
  3. Confirm your action by following the on-screen instructions
